Collection System Agent definition
Collection System Agent or “CSA” means the collection system agent appointed by Manufacturers and approved by the BCMB in accordance with the Regulation and By- laws;
Collection System Agent means the agent appointed by Manufacturers under section 8 of the Regulation.
