Collective Consultation Period definition

Collective Consultation Period means any period when both (i) the Aggregate Certificate Balance of the Class F Certificates, as notionally reduced by any Appraisal Reductions allocable to such Class in accordance with Section 6.9, is less than 25% of the initial Aggregate Certificate Balance of the Class F Certificates and (ii) the Aggregate Certificate Balance of the Class F Certificates, without regard to any Appraisal Reductions allocable to such Class in accordance with Section 6.9, is at least 25% of the initial Aggregate Certificate Balance of the Class F Certificates.
Collective Consultation Period. Unless a Senior Consultation Period is deemed to occur and is continuing pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of “Senior Consultation Period”, any period when both (i) the Class Principal Balance of the Class F Certificates, reduced by any Appraisal Reduction Amounts allocable to such Class, is less than 25% of the initial Class Principal Balance of the Class F Certificates and (ii) the Class Principal Balance of the Class F Certificates, without regard to any Appraisal Reduction Amounts allocable to such Class, is at least 25% of the initial Class Principal Balance of the Class F Certificates. Related to Collective Consultation Period

  • Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issue of a TSP’s Preliminary Notice or a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice, as provided in Article 13 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances;

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • Consultation Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Agreement Termination Date is defined in Section 7.4.

  • Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (a) November , 2009, (b) the date the Obligations are accelerated pursuant to this Agreement or the Revolving Note and (c) the date the Bank has received (i) notice in writing from the Borrower of the Borrower’s election to terminate this Agreement or the Revolving Note or (ii) indefeasible payment in full of the Obligations.
