Collective Standards definition

Collective Standards means: (i) the provisions of this Development Agreement; (ii) the Project Approvals; (iii) land use entitlements and approvals to the Project and the Property that may be granted following the Effective Date; and (iv) Existing Land Use Regulations, except to the extent that they are collectively or individually subject to Reserved Powers.

  • Accordingly, nothing contained herein is intended or shall be construed to grant to Developer any rights in connection with the future development or operations of the Property, except for those rights set forth in the Collective Standards and in this Agreement.

Collective Standards means the regulations contained in this Development Agreement, Approved Use Permit No. P07-00412-UP, Approved Parcel Map No. P08-00131-PM, Existing Land Use Regulations and the certified EIR for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Wine Estates ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road Facility (State Clearinghouse No. 00032043), Initial Study and Addendum to the EIR for the Napa Commerce Center together with the adopted Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
Collective Standards means: (i) the provisions of this Development Agreement;
Collective Standards means this Agreement, the Current Project Entitlements and the Existing Land Use Regulations.
Collective Standards means the local land use regulatory standards that will apply to the Project Sites including this Amended Agreement, the Canyons SPA (zoning ordinance), the Canyons SPA Plan, and other rules, regulations, official policies, ordinances, and resolutions adopted by the County in effect and applicable to the Property on the Effective Date, including, but not limited to the General Plan, the Code, and all other ordinances, codes, rules, and regulations of the County. “Commercial/Retail/Support Units” means office uses, shops, stores, cafes, restaurants, skier services, service space, meeting and conference space, and health and fitness facilities.
