Accordingly, nothing contained herein is intended or shall be construed to grant to Developer any rights in connection with the future development or operations of the Property, except for those rights set forth in the Collective Standards and in this Agreement.
This Agreement was entered into by the Parties for the limited purpose of setting forth certain terms and conditions concerning the proposed development and operation of the Project in a manner that is consistent with the Project Approvals and the Collective Standards.
