The Collective Warranties and each Investor’s Warranties set forth in each paragraph of Schedule 4 and Schedule 5, respectively, shall be separate and independent and save as expressly provided shall not be limited by reference to any other paragraph or anything in this Agreement or the Schedules.
Each of the Collective Warranties is subject to the matters indicated in the Schedule of Exceptions attached hereto as Exhibit A and as may be updated prior to the Closing.
