College Place means the land and buildings located at 1765 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, legally described as PID 007-076-665, Lot C, Block 308,

  • In no instance shall more than two (2) teachers from ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Middle School, two (2) teachers from College Place High School, and four (4) teachers from ▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School be allowed business leave on the same day.

  • No deviations from the published calendar of the College Place School District shall be made accept by mutual consent of the District and the Association.

  • SECTION 1: RECOGNITION Following a PERC certification process, the Board hereby recognizes the Washington Education Association as the exclusive bargaining representative for Education Service Employees of College Place which includes all full-time and regular part-time non-supervisory classified employees of the College Place School District, excluding bus drivers, confidential employees and all other employees.

  • I agree that this authorization and assignment shall be irrevocable for the current school year and shall be automatically renewed each year thereafter unless written notice of revocation is given by me to the District and the College Place Education Association between August 1 and August 31 of any calendar year, and further agree that my revocation shall be effective on August 31 of the year in which notice of revocation is given.

  • Bargaining unit members who have accumulated more than 176 hours of sick leave may donate accumulated sick leave to other employees in College Place School District bargaining unit.

  • Beginning with the twentieth (20th) year of employment in College Place Public Schools, one (1) day of personal leave will be allotted annually and can be taken in lieu of one (1) business leave day.

  • All other substitutes will be paid at the rate currently approved by the College Place School District Board of Directors.

  • Teachers with four (4) consecutive years of satisfactory evaluations in another school district, including at least two (2) years of certificated employment in the same school district in the State of Washington, may become eligible for the PGO procedure commencing with their second year of employment in College Place School District.

  • The City of Walla Walla, Walla Walla County Fire Protection District No. 4 and the City of College Place are parties to this agreement in their respective capacities as fire departments and fire protection districts responsible for providing the citizens of the Cities and District with numerous services which include: basic and advanced emergency medical care and transportation, fire suppression, prevention and investigation, technical land and water rescue services and hazardous materials response.

  • This in-service will be jointly sponsored by WWVEA and Walla Walla and College Place School Districts.
