Collusive Insolvency definition

Collusive Insolvency is defined in Section 13.1(c).

Related to Collusive Insolvency

  • Insolvency with respect to any Multiemployer Plan, the condition that such Plan is insolvent within the meaning of Section 4245 of ERISA.

  • collusive practice means a scheme or arrangement between two or more Bidders, with or without the knowledge of the Purchaser, designed to establish bid prices at artificial, non- competitive levels; and

  • Event of Insolvency means, for any Person:

  • Act of Insolvency means any act as such as defined by the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act or in Provincial Insolvency act or any amending status.

  • Bankruptcy Proceeding means any bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, composition, restructuring, dissolution, liquidation, receivership, assignment for the benefit of creditors, or custodianship action or proceeding under any federal or state law with respect to Borrower, any guarantor of any of the Senior Indebtedness, any of their respective properties, or any of their respective partners, members, officers, directors, or shareholders.
