Color Photography definition

Color Photography. A minimum of three hundred (300) different (approved) production color digital photographs depicting scenes in the Picture with members of the cast (including principals) appearing therein. The photography shall be delivered digitally in the highest resolution format possible (a minimum of 300dpi) and saved as a Tiff File. The Contact Sheets and a photo identification caption list shall be provided. The distinction between “kill shots” and “approved shots” shall be clearly made (either directly on the contact sheets or on a separate list). Note: Any and all talent approvals or other authorizations that are required in connection with the use of the delivered photography shall be secured and delivered. Color Photography. Irrevocable access to a set of all original approved color transparencies, color prints and negatives for such prints and/or color contact sheets taken or photographed in connections with the Picture and delivery of a set of not less than 125 dupe color transparencies produced therefrom depicting various aspects of the production and location of the Picture. Each dupe color transparency shall have annexed to it notations which identify the personnel and subject matter appearing therein, and shall be suitable for reproduction for advertising and publicity purposes.
