Column Mortgage Loan definition

Column Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan that is either an Original Column Mortgage Loan or a Replacement Mortgage Loan that was delivered under the Column Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement or the Column Performance Guarantee in substitution for an Original Column Mortgage Loan.
