Combined Flight System definition

Combined Flight System means (i) flights operated by the Company or any of its Affiliates or any successor or successors thereto, (ii) flights operated by Continental or any of its Affiliates or any successor or successors thereto, (iii) flights operated by any regional partner with whom the Company, Continental or any of their respective Affiliates or successors has an arrangement that permits positive space travel by the Company’s active and/or retired officers as of the time of the relevant travel and (iv) flights operated on behalf of the Company, Continental or any of their respective Affiliates by any third party under capacity purchase agreements with the Company, Continental or any of their respective Affiliates.

Related to Combined Flight System

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Combined sewer system means a system for conveying both sanitary sewage and storm water runoff.

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ System means the ▇▇▇▇▇ filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).
