Comerica Warrants definition

Comerica Warrants means the 2014 Warrants and the 2015 Warrants.
Comerica Warrants means the Warrant to Purchase Stock dated October 1, 2007 issued to Comerica and the Warrant to Purchase Stock dated November 8, 2010 issued to Comerica.
Comerica Warrants means each outstanding warrant to purchase Series B Preferred Stock and Series C Preferred Stock, dated December 20, 2005, December 20, 2006 (as amended May 14, 2007) and February 25, 2008, issued by the Company to Comerica Bank.
