  • The Recipient shall, not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, establish and thereafter maintain throughout Project implementation, a high-level Project Steering Committee or Comité de Pilotage du Projet (“CPP”), with a mandate, terms of reference, composition, resources, and with qualifications and experience satisfactory to the Association, to be chaired by the minister of MPEPI and which shall include ministers representing all the ministries involved in Project implementation.
