RIO means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;
AV means (in each case as at the last Valuation Date) such proportion of the Asset Value of the General Long Portfolio as is equal to the proportion that the Notes of the relevant General Long Series represent of the General Long Outstanding Note Liability as determined by the Administration Agent (or such other person as may be responsible for calculating the Asset Value with respect to the Notes in accordance with the Agency Agreement) in accordance with clause 17 of the Agency Agreement and in consultation with the Portfolio Manager, adjusted, in consultation with the Portfolio Manager, to account fully for any losses, expenses and costs to the Issuer of unwinding any underlying or related hedging and funding arrangements; and
CESA means the California Endangered Species Act (Fish & G. Code, § 2050 et seq.) and all rules, regulations and guidelines promulgated pursuant to that Act.
TM has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.
MD means Michael S. Dell.
Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.
DCM means a contract market or designated contract market as defined in CFTC Regulation 1.3(h).
CEP (7) means "Circular Error Probable" - In a circular normal distribution, the radius of the circle containing 50% of the individual measurements being made, or the radius of the circle within which there is a 50% probability of being located.
RQFII means a Renminbi qualified foreign institutional investor approved pursuant to the relevant PRC regulations (as amended from time to time).
Summit means the Summit of the Heads of State or Government of SADC established by Article 9 of this Treaty;
Smart In accordance with the District’s agreement with FAU, SMaRT (Substituting with Mentors and Realistic Teaching) students will be used as substitute teachers in lieu of regular county substitute teachers. Lesson plans, seating charts and other related materials will be prepared and provided to SMaRT students in the same fashion and manner as required for a regular county substitute teacher. Use of a SMaRT student substitute in a classroom as proposed to regular county substitute will not create any additional procedures, preparations or work for the classroom teacher. The signed contract between FAU and District regarding these programs shall not be in conflict with parameters of this agreement.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Waterworks or “water system” means all structures, conduits and appurtenances by means of which water is delivered to consumers except piping and fixtures inside buildings served, and service pipes from building to street main.
SE means Scottish Enterprise, established under the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990;
SERFF means the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing.
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
SABS : means the South African Bureau of Standards.
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

RO means Responding Organization/ Bidder Firm.
First Storey means that part of a building having a floor area closest to grade with a ceiling height of more than 1.8 metres (6 ft.) above grade.
BBBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
OWRA means the Ontario Water Resources Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.40, as amended;
Stopover means a scheduled stop on your journey, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination.
SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.
Heritage tree means any tree or group of trees designated as such by the division, in accordance with the following criteria:
