Commencement Dates definition

Commencement Dates have the meaning set forth in Section 3(c).

Commencement Dates means as the context permits the date on which the provision of the Services shall commence under the relevant SoW;

Commencement Dates or “Possession Date(s)” means the date or dates for the commencement of the Home Warranty for components of the New Home and the Common Property as determined under Part C Section 4.0.

Examples of Commencement Dates in a sentence

• In using this mortality table, ages of Annuitants will be reduced by one year for Annuity Commencement Dates occurring during the years 2010-2019, reduced by two years for Annuity Commencement Dates occurring during the decade 2020-2029, and so on.

More Definitions of Commencement Dates

Commencement Dates. Phase A Commencement Date” shall mean the date on which Landlord tenders possession of the Phase A Premises to Tenant with the Base Building Work and Premises Work (as defined in Exhibit C hereto) as applicable to the Phase A Premises Substantially Completed (as defined in Exhibit C hereto). Landlord estimates that the Phase A Commencement Date will occur on before January 4, 2023, subject to the provisions of this Lease including, without limitation, Exhibit C hereto (the “Estimated Phase A Premises Commencement Date”). “Phase B Commencement Date” shall mean the date on which Landlord tenders possession of the Phase B Premises to Tenant with the Premises Work (as defined in Exhibit C hereto) as applicable to the Phase B Premises Substantially Completed (as defined in Exhibit C hereto). Landlord estimates that the Phase B Commencement Date will occur on before May 1, 2023,

Commencement Dates means the date or dates for the commencement of the Home Warranty for components of the New Home as determined under Schedule “A”, Part C Section 5.0, Schedule “A-1”, Part C Section 6.0, Schedule “B”, Part C Section 4.0.

Commencement Dates. The Commencement Date for the Initial Space and the Additional Space shall be the Substantial Completion Date for the Initial Space and the Additional Space.
