If such Contractor, or any of the aforesaid affiliates of Contractor, is convicted or is otherwise found to have violated said laws or regulations upon the final determination of the United States Commerce Department or any other appropriate agency of the United States subsequent to the Agreement’s execution, such Agreement, amendment or modification thereto shall be rendered forfeit and void.
You hereby represent and warrant that you have not been identified as, and/or are not owned or controlled by, a Specially Designated National, nor have you or any beneficial owner or controlling person, if applicable, of you been placed on any sanctions list by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the U.S. Commerce Department, or the U.S. Department of State (a “Prohibited Person”).
Further, the Organizations agree that students and faculty participating in this program, and any activity related thereto, may not include persons listed as denied or otherwise restricted under laws and regulations of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of Commerce, Department of State, or other U.S. government agency or persons who are nationals of countries with such designations.
