Commercial Acceptance Tests definition

Commercial Acceptance Tests means the tests (excluding any tests for Technical Completion) required to be carried out by Project Co under the Project Agreement to assist in determining that Commercial Acceptance has been achieved. Commercial in Confidence Information means the information contained in Schedule 12 (Confidential Provisions). Commercial Opportunities has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement. Commercial Partner has the meaning given to it in Annexure A (Glossary) of Schedule 8 (Services Specifications). Commercial Partner Management Plan means the plan of that name prepared in accordance with this Agreement, including Section F.6.4 of Schedule 8 (Services Specifications).
Commercial Acceptance Tests means in connection with each Stage, all tests (excluding the Technical Completion Tests) required to be carried out in accordance with this Agreement or as required by the Project Director to determine that Commercial Acceptance has been achieved (including the tests for each Stage set out in the Completion Criteria).
Commercial Acceptance Tests means all tests (excluding the Technical Completion Tests as defined in the DBFM Project Agreement) required to be carried out in accordance with the DBFM Project Agreement or as may be required by the Independent Certifier or the State Representative to assist in determining that Commercial Acceptance has been achieved. Commercial Opportunities means the commercial opportunities which are permitted by the State to be delivered by Project Co in accordance with the DBFM Project Agreement.

Related to Commercial Acceptance Tests

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Acceptance Test is a test of the Features executed by the Customer to prepare the acceptance.

  • Acceptance Testing mean the tests, reviews and other activities that are performed by or on behalf of Agency to determine whether the Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria or otherwise satisfy the Agency, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Drug use test means a scientifically substantiated method to test for the presence of illegal or performance-enhancing drugs or the metabolites thereof in a person’s urine.

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.

  • Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.

  • Commercial applicator means any person, unless exempted in I(4) hereunder, whether or not the person is a private applicator with respect to some uses, who:

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Final Acceptance Date means, in respect of any Offer, the final date for acceptance of such Offer which, if such Offer is extended prior to becoming unconditional, shall be the final date for acceptance of the extended Offer (but, if such Offer is or becomes unconditional, disregarding any additional or further period during which such Offer is open for acceptance);

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Phase I Clinical Study means, as to a particular Licensed Product, an initial clinical study in humans with the purpose of assessing the Licensed Product’s safety, tolerability, toxicity, pharmacokinetics or other pharmacological properties.
