Commercial Advantage means a use of the ORS Website Edition in which You charge or receive, directly or indirectly, any monetary compensation or thing of value for distributing copies of, displaying, performing or otherwise providing or granting access to the ORS Website Edition to any person. “Commercial Advantage” does not include monetary compensation or a thing of value You receive in connection with a display of advertising or related to an offer of services in the ordinary operation of a website You control, provided that the display or offer is not connected with or contingent on the distribution, display or performance of the ORS Website Edition on the website and provided that You state on the website that the State of Oregon does not evaluate, endorse, approve, warrant, support or have any liability or responsibility for, knowledge of or connection with the services offered or any advertising displayed.

Commercial Advantage means the online banking services provided by First Citizens Bank to its business customers as further described in this Agreement and within the services. "Agreement" means this Commercial Advantage Agreement.

Examples of Commercial Advantage in a sentence

  • Within five (5) business days following the execution of this Agreement, Buyer shall open an escrow account (the "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Escrow") with First American Title Insurance Company, Troy, Michigan Office, Commercial Advantage Division (the "Title Company") and deposit the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit therein.

  • Any intentional bypassing of required Commercial Advantage security controls, or installation or usage of MFA/Transaction Authentication devices or applications not expressly authorized by First Citizens for use with Commercial Advantage, is done so at your own risk.

  • From time to time, we may add, change, or remove services, or we may update or upgrade Commercial Advantage, and we may limit your access only to revised or updated services.

  • Except as otherwise described in this Service Agreement, you must be enrolled in either our Commercial Advantage Service or our Digital Banking for business Service in order to obtain ACH Positive Pay services.

  • You are authorized to use Commercial Advantage only in the manner described in this Agreement and within the services and only for legitimate and legal purposes.
