The Contractor shall enter into a service contract with each New Customer before the Contractor provides Commercial Collection Service to that Customer.
A Garbage Cart may be used to provide Commercial Collection Service in those cases where a Mechanical Container is too large to fit on the Customer’s Premises, too large for the Customer’s needs, or otherwise unsuitable.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the billing and collection of payments for all Commercial Collection Service.
Contractor must provide Commercial Collection Service with as little disturbance as possible and must leave any Container at the same point it originally located without obstructing alleys, roadways, driveways, sidewalks or mail boxes.

The CONTRACTOR shall provide Containers at no additional charge as part of the Commercial Collection Service however, Customers may provide their own Compactor provided that the Customer is completely responsible for its proper maintenance and that such Compactor shall be of a type that can be serviced by the CONTRACTOR’s equipment.
Garbage 24 Bins may also include Compactors that are owned by the MFD or Commercial Service Unit 25 wherein the MFD or Commercial Collection Service occurs.
The Contractor shall not litter any premises in the process of providing Residential Collection Service or Commercial Collection Service.
Garbage Bins 282 may also include Compactors that are owned by the SFD, MFD, or Commercial Service Unit 283 wherein the SFD, MFD or Commercial Collection Service occurs.
The CONTRACTOR shall provide containers 16 as part of the Commercial Collection Service rates set forth in Exhibit 1c, however, Service 17 Recipients may own their Compactor provided that the Service Recipient is completely 18 responsible for its proper maintenance and such Compactor shall be of a type that can be 19 serviced by the CONTRACTOR'S equipment.
