Electrical Inspector means a person appointed as such by the Government under sub-section (1) of Section 162 of the Electricity Act 2003 and also includes Chief Electrical Inspector;
electrical installation means an electrical installation as defined in the Regulations;
Special inspector means an inspector holding a Washington commission identified under RCW 70.79.130.
Building Inspector means a person licensed to carry out completed residential building inspections under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulations 2003;
Quality improvement organization or “QIO” shall mean the organization that performs medical peer review of Medicaid claims, including review of validity of hospital diagnosis and procedure coding information; completeness, adequacy and quality of care; appropriateness of admission, discharge and transfer; and appropriateness of prospective payment outlier cases. These activities undertaken by the QIO may be included in a contractual relationship with the Iowa Medicaid enterprise.
Installation inspector means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the physical sciences and the principles of engineering, acquired by a professional education and related practical experience, is qualified to supervise the installation of tank systems.

Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.
Electrical work Means any labor or material used in installing, altering, maintaining, or extending an electrical wiring system and the appurtenances, apparatus, or equipment used in connection with the use of electrical energy in, on, outside, or attached to a building, residence, structure, property, or premises. The term includes service entrance conductors as defined by the National Electrical Code.
Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.
Modular building manufacturer means a person or corporation who owns or operates a
Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. Improvement district means a local district that operates under and is subject to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 2a, Part 4, Improvement District Act, including an entity that was created and operated as a county improvement district under the law in effect before April 30, 2007.
