Commercial extraction definition

Commercial extraction means any date, from which TATK on the basis of delivery agreements conveys crude oil or natural gas out of the extraction area. The date shall be stipulated individually for each commercial discovery. Extraction for test purposes shall not be considered as commercial extraction. Commercial discovery: means a discovery or strike in the contractual area, which in the opinion of TAKT has the potential, to be developed and extracted in the future on a financially viable basis.
