Commercial Fiber or “Commercial Fiber Load” means Designated Recyclables comprised of, but not limited to, Newspapers, Kraft Bags, Phone Books, Corrugated, Magazines, Catalogs, general office paper and Mixed Paper, not including paper towels, facial or path tissues, or wax board, usually generated from the commercial sector which may contain solid waste when received.

  • In the event that ELI's License becomes nonexclusive pursuant to section 8, the Commercial Fiber used by ▇▇▇ shall take priority over restoration activities related to any fibers used by any other users of the Commercial Fiber.
