Commercial Garbage definition

Commercial Garbage means garbage or trash derived from the operation of business stores, hotels, or office buildings, and not the result of the ordinary operation of private residences, households, lodging houses, or apartment buildings.
Commercial Garbage means any and all refuse generated by any Hotel, Motel, Apartment block greater than six units, Tenements, Cottage Park, Campground, Marina, Shop, Store, or Industrial Manufacturing Establishment, or any premises occupied and used for any retail wholesale or service outlet where goods and/or services are intended to be offered for sale.
Commercial Garbage means Garbage originating from 218 Commercial Service Recipients. 219 1.30 Commercial Organic Waste. “Commercial Organic Waste” means Organic Waste 220 originating from Commercial Service Recipients.
