Commercial-in-Confidence means information that if released may prejudice the business dealings of a party e.g. prices, discounts, rebates, profits, methodologies and process information;
Commercial-in-Confidence means information that, if released publicly or to a third party, may prejudice the business dealings of a party, including but not limited to prices, discounts, rebates, profits, methodologies and process information.
Commercial-in-Confidence means responses to Bidders’ request for information which will not be circulated to other Bidders because of the commercial value of the intellectual property contained therein.
