Commercial Lease Agreement means the Lease.
Commercial Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a)(vii).
Commercial Lease Agreement or “Lease” means this Lease between the University and the Tenant for the lease of the Leased Premises set forth and described in the Lease Cover Sheet and includes all forms, addenda, schedules, exhibits, or other amendments attached hereto, all of which incorporated by reference.
