Commercial Licences may be used for commercial services, and consulting services.
Upon expiration of the Term, the Commercial Licences granted to COMPANY under this Agreement shall become perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid up and royalty free in respect of all Product, and this provision shall survive expiration and termination of this Agreement.
