Commercial Operations Tests definition

Commercial Operations Tests means those tests pursuant to Section 7 designed to demonstrate that the minimum performance criteria to achieve the Commercial Operation Date, as the case may be, have been met.
Commercial Operations Tests means tests run in accordance with Schedule 3.
Commercial Operations Tests means test(s) run in accordance with Schedule 0.

Examples of Commercial Operations Tests in a sentence

  • Not later than thirty (30) Days after the date of its Commissioning, copies of all test results, certified by the Engineer, for all Commercial Operations Tests performed on the Facility.

  • Following satisfactory completion of the Unit Commercial Operations Tests for each Unit, Seller shall conduct the Plant Commercial Operations Tests.

  • Following completion of the Unit Commercial Operations Tests of the Early Generation Facility, the Seller shall conduct the Early Generation Commercial Operations Tests.

  • The Early Generation Commercial Operation Date shall be the date occurring immediately after the day on which the Early Generation Facility has passed the Early Generation Commercial Operations Tests.

  • The Engineer’s Certificate shall certify availability of the Plant to commence commercial operations, and state the capacity achieved during the Capacity Test conducted as part of the Commercial Operations Tests (the “Initial Tested Capacity”), and that the capacity of the Plant is in accordance with Clauses 7.9.

  • Following completion of the Unit Commercial Operations Tests, conducted after the reinstallation of the Early Generation Facility Units at the Site (if necessary), the Seller shall conduct the Plant Commercial Operations Tests for the First Plant.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the Seller shall be unable to deliver electricity to KPLC for the period commencing from the Early Generation Cessation Date to the date of commencement of the Plant Commercial Operations Tests of the First Plant, Seller shall have no obligation to produce energy or make capacity available during this period, and KPLC shall not be required to make any payments to the Seller in respect to this period.
