Commercial Price definition

Commercial Price means the commercial value of property as worked out by an architect appointed by the Housing Authority and will reflect the location and size of the building.

Related to Commercial Price

  • Initial Price or “Initial Offer” means the price per Unit on the first day of the Initial Period determined by the Management Company.
