Commercial Records definition
Commercial Records. (i.~, finished goods Records intended forresale to consumers) shall not be used as Promotional Records unless they are marked or otherwise altered in such a manner so as to prevent their return to EMD, and EMD shall have the right to charge Company for all costs incurred by EMD in marking such Records.
Commercial Records means those documents listed in Schedule 4;
