Defendants may maintain reasonable restrictions on disclosure by Relevant Personnel of Defendants’ proprietary non-public information that is unrelated to the business of MSW Disposal, Small Commercial Container Waste Collection, Residential Waste Collection, Roll-Off Waste Collection, Commercial Recycling Collection, Residential Recycling Collection, Mixed Collection, and Yard Waste Collection and not otherwise required to be disclosed by this Final Judgment.
Defendants may maintain reasonable restrictions on disclosure by Southeast Personnel of Defendants’ proprietary non-public information that is unrelated to the business of MSW Disposal, SCCW Collection, and Commercial Recycling Collection and not otherwise required to be disclosed by this Final Judgment.
However, Commercial Recycling Collection Services are not exclusive to the Contractor in the Service Area.
The Contractor shall be responsible for billing and collection of Commercial Recycling Collection Service cost not being billed and collected by the Authority or its designee.
The Contractor shall provide Residential and Commercial Recycling Collection Service in the Service Area, as provided within the Agreement.
The Contractor shall provide Commercial Recycling Collection Services in the Service Area upon request by the Customer or the Authority, or through the solicitation efforts of the Contractor.
Contractor shall, upon request of the Authority, provide Authority with a list of all Commercial Recycling Collection Service customers in the Service Area as of the effective date of this Agreement, which list shall include the expiration date for each such customer.
