Commercial Recycling Collection definition

Commercial Recycling Collection means the business of collecting recyclables, which are discarded materials that will be processed and reused, from commercial and industrial accounts and transporting those recyclables to a recycling site (typically called a “materials recovery facility,” or “MRF”).

  • The Contractor shall provide Commercial Recycling Collection Services in the Service Area upon request by the Customer or the Authority, or through the solicitation efforts of the Contractor.

  • Contractor shall, upon request of the Authority, provide Authority with a list of all Commercial Recycling Collection Service customers in the Service Area as of the effective date of this Agreement, which list shall include the expiration date for each such customer.

  • When the damage spreads to a large enough scale, bureaucrats, the police force and the army, upon which a regime depend, may defect.

  • The following Commercial Recycling Collection Standards are specific to commercial collection, and are in addition to the general collection standards outlined in a previous section.

Related to Commercial Recycling Collection

  • Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.

  • Vapor collection system means a vapor transport system which used direct displacement by the gasoline being transferred to force vapors from the vessel being loaded into either a vessel being unloaded or a vapor control system or vapor holding tank.

  • Principal Cardholder means a Cardholder who has been issued with a Principal Card;

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.
