Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and
Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;
Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.
Storm water or wastewater collection system means piping, pumps, conduits, and any other equipment necessary to collect and transport the flow of surface water run-off resulting from precipitation, or domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater to and from retention areas or any areas where treatment is designated to occur. The collection of storm water and wastewater does not include treatment except where incidental to conveyance.
Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.
Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.
Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount retained in the Collection Account for Series 2007-A pursuant to Section 4.01(c)(ii) for such Monthly Period.
Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.
Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II.
Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.
Note A-3 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-3 PSA.
Vapor collection system means a vapor transport system which used direct displacement by the gasoline being transferred to force vapors from the vessel being loaded into either a vessel being unloaded or a vapor control system or vapor holding tank.
Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.11 are required to fund the Class A Note Interest Requirement, the Class B Note Interest Requirement and the Net Investor Servicing Fee, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2003-1 in accordance with subsection 4.12(b).
Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.
Principal Cardholder means a Cardholder who has been issued with a Principal Card;
Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan during the period it is serviced by the Special Servicer following a Servicing Transfer Event.
Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.
Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.
Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.
Note A-2 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-2 PSA.
financial recovery plan means a plan prepared in terms of section 141 of the MFMA
Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsections 4.12(a) and (b) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Collateral Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Collateral Interest after giving effect to any Collateral Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.
Debt collection means the collection of unpaid tolls and applicable administrative fees by (i) 750 retention of a third-party debt collector or (ii) collection practices undertaken by employees of a toll 751 facility operator that are materially similar to a third-party debt collector.
