Commercial Requirements definition

Commercial Requirements means such quantities of any IL-1 Product as are required by a Party or the Parties to fulfill such Party's or Parties' commercial sales requirements with respect to such IL-1 Product in the applicable Territory.
Commercial Requirements means those quantities of a Product reasonably required by a Party for promotion and sale of such Product in the its Territory. The term Commercial Requirements as used herein with respect to a Party shall also include the Commercial Requirements of that Party's licensees, if any.

More Definitions of Commercial Requirements

Commercial Requirements means the quantities of the Product required for (i) for commercial sale by Cephalon and its Affiliates in the Field in the Territory pursuant to the License and Collaboration Agreement or (ii) for compassionate use, use in investigator-sponsored Clinical Studies or post marketing clinical studies in the Field in the Territory pursuant to the License and Collaboration Agreement.
Commercial Requirements means any and all Product intended for commercial sale or use, including but not limited to trade or physician samples.
Commercial Requirements means the quantities of Kits which are needed by SCHERING and its sublicensees (if any) for production, promotion and sale of the Licensed Product throughout the world, excluding the United States.
Commercial Requirements means the quantities of Finished Product needed for the promotion and sale of Licensed Product in the Territory.
