Commercial Resort Lot definition

Commercial Resort Lot means any Resort Lot, or any portion thereof, which is used for any commercial or industrial activity other than the rental of accommodation to the Public;
Commercial Resort Lot means any Resort Lot which is not a Developing Resort Lot or Lodging Resort Lot and since:
Commercial Resort Lot means that part of a Resort Lot which is not a Hotel Lodging Resort Lot or Non-Hotel Lodging Resort Lot and upon which an improvement has been constructed that is being used primarily for commercial purposes;

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation facilities and Burswood Casino to be constructed on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2;

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • CFD means a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Aquifer means a geologic formation, group of formations, or part of a formation capable of yielding a significant amount of ground water to wells or springs.

  • Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
