Commercial Retail definition

Commercial Retail means either a free standing store or an integrated group of retail establishments planned, developed and managed as a unit. These retail facilities offer a variety of products, but do not include a separate grocery store.

Commercial Retail means any retail business carried on within the Town of Marathon, which is operated either in part or in whole from a location for which commercial use is authorized under provisions of the Towns’ Comprehensive Zoning By-law.
