Commercial Roles means certain marketing and commercial roles with the Partnership or an Affiliate as identified by the Investment Review Committee or the CEO, as applicable.
Examples of Commercial Roles in a sentence
Employees covered by this Agreement who are employed in Commercial Roles are entitled the terms and conditions set out elsewhere in this Agreement, subject to any specific conditions relating to their industry stream contained in this Part (which will override the respective terms set out elsewhere in this Agreement), and the minimum wages set out in Schedule A.
