commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
Commercial Sale means the sale of Product (as indicated by shipment of Product) to an unaffiliated third-party of the Licensee, or of its sublicensee or distribution partner, such as a wholesaler, managed care organization, hospital or pharmacy and shall exclude (i) any transfer of Product by Licensee to its sublicensee, distribution partner or Affiliate and (ii) any distribution of Product for use in research, development, pre-clinical and clinical trials.
Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.
Commercial Service means water service provided by the water utility that the customer uses in the promotion of a business or business product that is a source of revenue or income to the customer or others using the premises.
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.

Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.
Commercial domicile means the principal place from which the trade or business of the taxpayer is directed or managed.
Commercial unit means such a unit of goods as by commercial usage is a single whole for purposes of lease and division of which materially impairs its character or value on the market or in use. A commercial unit may be a single article, as a machine, or a set of articles, as a suite of furniture or a line of machinery, or a quantity, as a gross or carload, or any other unit treated in use or in the relevant market as a single whole.
Commercial plan means a subcontracting plan (including goals) that covers the offeror’s fiscal year and that applies to the entire production of commercial items sold by either the entire company or a portion thereof (e.g., division, plant, or product line).
Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:
Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
First Commercial Sale means the first sale for use or consumption of any Licensed Product in a country after all required Regulatory Approvals for commercial sale of such Licensed Product have been obtained in such country.
Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.
Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
Commercial or marketing purpose means the sale of student data; or its use or disclosure for purposes of receiving remuneration, whether directly or indirectly; the use of student data for advertising purposes, or to develop, improve, or market products or services to students.
Commercial applicator means a person who, by contract or for hire, engages in the
Commencement of Commercial Production means:
(i) if a mill is located on the Property, the last day of a period of 40 consecutive days in which, for not less than 30 days, the mill processed ore from the Property at 60% of its rated concentrating capacity; or
(ii) if a mill is not located on the Property, the last day of a period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues, but any period of time during which ore or concentrate is shipped from the Property for testing purposes, or during which milling operations are undertaken as initial tune-up, shall not be taken into account in determining the date of Commencement of Commercial Production;
Commercial aircraft means any civil aircraft used in flight activity for compensation or for hire.
commercial air transport means an aircraft operation involving the transport of passengers, cargo, or mail for remuneration or hire.
Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.
Commercial Bank means a bank, defined as a scheduled bank under section 2(e) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
Commercial Discovery means any Discovery, which has been declared to be commercial by the Contractor;
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;
