Commercial Service Unit definition

Commercial Service Unit means any Commercial Establishment in the Service Area.
Commercial Service Unit means all retail, professional, office, wholesale and industrial facilities, and/or other Commercial enterprises offering goods or services to the public, excluding businesses conducted upon any Residential Property; organizations; and agencies other than CITY agencies.
Commercial Service Unit means Business Service Units, Multi-Family Service Units, and Mixed-Use Dwellings that utilize a cart or bin for the accumulation and set-out of Commercial Waste.

  • If the Collection of any Residential Service Unit or Commercial Service Unit is missed during the regular route Collection, the CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the missed Collection shall be picked up on the same day if CONTRACTOR becomes aware of the missed collection or if notification was received by the CONTRACTOR before 12:00 p.m., local time, otherwise the missed Collection shall be picked up before 12:00 p.m., local time, on the next Work Day.

  • Garbage Bins 282 may also include Compactors that are owned by the SFD, MFD, or Commercial Service Unit 283 wherein the SFD, MFD or Commercial Collection Service occurs.

  • This service must be provided as deemed necessary and determined between Contractor and the Commercial Service Unit, but such service must be received no less than one (1) time per week with no exception for holiday(s) as set forth herein, except that Collection service scheduled to fall on a holiday may be rescheduled as determined between the Service Unit and Contractor as long as the minimum frequency requirement is met.


More Definitions of Commercial Service Unit

Commercial Service Unit means, premises in the City, other than SFD, MFD and City Service Units, where Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Waste are generated or accumulated. The term “Commercial Service Unit” includes, but is not limited to, stores; offices; restaurants; rooming houses; hotels; motels; industrial and manufacturing, processing, or assembly shops or plants; hospitals, clinics, convalescent centers and nursing homes (non-medical waste).
Commercial Service Unit means all establishments other than Residential Service Units within the corporate limits of the City. Construction and Demolition Debris shall mean waste resulting from construction or demolition projects; includes all materials that are directly or indirectly the by-products of construction work or that result from demolition of buildings and other structures, including, but not limited to, paper, cartons, gypsum board, wood, excelsior, rubber, and plastics. Contamination shall mean the existence of any material or substance on or contained in Program Recyclable Materials other than Program Recyclable Materials or the existence of any material or substance on or contained in Yard Trimmings other than Yard Trimmings. Contract Administrator shall mean the City Manager or their designee to administer and monitor the provisions of this Agreement. Contractor shall mean WASTE CONTRACTOR. Contractor’s Representative shall mean an employee of the Contractor designated in charge of Contractor’s operations under the Agreement and who is authorized to make decisions and act on Contractor’s behalf.
