Commercial Tower definition

Commercial Tower means a commercial office tower located on the Land as shown on the LLCQ Site Plan as ‘Pitt Street Property’ and ‘Mirvac Triangle’ and which is designed to meet Minimum Ecologically Sustainable Design Requirements.
Commercial Tower means the third floor (and the adjacent flat roof), fifth floor, sixth floor, seventh floor, eighth floor, ninth floor, tenth floor, eleventh floor, twelfth floor and roof of the Building (there being no fourth floor).
