Commercial Waste means waste from premises used wholly or mainly for the purposes of a trade or business or for the purposes of sport, recreation, education or entertainment but does not include household, agricultural or industrial waste;
Water user means a person, corporation, or other entity having a right to divert water from the Bear River for beneficial use;
commercial air transport means an aircraft operation involving the transport of passengers, cargo, or mail for remuneration or hire.
Sewage sludge means a solid, semi-solid, or liquid residue generated during the treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works as defined in section 6111.01 of the Revised Code. "Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.
Industrial wastewater means the water or liquid carried waste from an industrial process. These wastes may result from any process or activity of industry, manufacture, trade or business, from the development of any natural resource, or from animal operations such as feedlots, poultry houses, or dairies. The term includes contaminated storm water and leachate from solid waste facilities.
commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
Stormwater runoff means water flow on the surface of the ground or in storm sewers, resulting from precipitation.
Residential waste means any refuse generated on the premises as a result of residential activities. The term includes landscape waste grown on the premises or deposited thereon by the elements, but excludes garbage, tires, trade wastes and any locally recyclable goods or plastics.
Commercial area means an area in which at least 75% of the property is devoted

Coastal waters means those waters of Long Island Sound and its harbors, embayments, tidal rivers, streams and creeks which contain a salinity concentration of at least five hundred parts per million under low flow conditions.
Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.
Post-Industrial Waste means industrial by-products which would otherwise go to disposal and wastes generated after completion of a manufacturing process, but does not include internally generated scrap commonly returned to industrial or manufacturing processes.
Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.
Commercial unit means such a unit of goods as by commercial usage is a single whole for purposes of lease and division of which materially impairs its character or value on the market or in use. A commercial unit may be a single article, as a machine, or a set of articles, as a suite of furniture or a line of machinery, or a quantity, as a gross or carload, or any other unit treated in use or in the relevant market as a single whole.
Commencement of Commercial Production means:
(i) if a mill is located on the Property, the last day of a period of 40 consecutive days in which, for not less than 30 days, the mill processed ore from the Property at 60% of its rated concentrating capacity; or
(ii) if a mill is not located on the Property, the last day of a period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues, but any period of time during which ore or concentrate is shipped from the Property for testing purposes, or during which milling operations are undertaken as initial tune-up, shall not be taken into account in determining the date of Commencement of Commercial Production;
Commercial Service means water service provided by the water utility that the customer uses in the promotion of a business or business product that is a source of revenue or income to the customer or others using the premises.
Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.
Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
Industrial waste means any liquid, gaseous, radioactive, or solid waste substance resulting from any process of industry, manufacturing, trade, or business or from the development of any natural resource.
Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).
Agricultural waste means biomass waste materials capable of decomposition that are produced from the
Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
Animal waste means any waste consisting of animal matter that has not been processed into food for human consumption.
Agricultural production means the commercial production of food or fiber.
