Commercialize or Commercialization definition
Commercialize or Commercialization means any and all activities directed to manufacturing (including, without limitation, by means of contract manufacturers), marketing, promoting, distributing, importing, exporting and selling an RNAi Product, in each case for commercial purposes, and activities directed to obtaining pricing and reimbursement approvals, as applicable.
