Commercially Purchased Items definition

Commercially Purchased Items has the meaning set out in Article 4.2;
Commercially Purchased Items refers to raw materials or procured parts that are acquired through formal transactions with authorized suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors, for the specific purpose of being used in the manufacturing or production of the Product. These materials or parts are purchased through established commercial channels, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications for inclusion in the manufacturing process.
Commercially Purchased Items means various types of third party components, cables, cable assemblies and other products for which Supplier adds no value but purchases solely for resale to Company.
