Commercially Reasonable Pricing means the industry-specific average level of pricing used by other experienced outsourcing companies providing services similar to the Services. Commercially Reasonable Pricing always assumes the use of prompt, diligent, cost-effective efforts, made in a professional manner, using qualified, experienced individuals.
