Commission Approvals definition

Commission Approvals means approvals from the PSC. “Commissioning” or “Commissioned” means, with respect to the Facility or any part thereof, the commencement of the period during which the Facility or a part thereof has begun Testing and ending when the Facility or part thereof has been approved for the production of Solar Energy and authorized to commence delivery of Solar Energy Output, provided, however, that for certain tax and other corporate purposes, in accordance with Applicable Law, Commissioning shall be deemed to occur when any measurable amount of Solar Energy Output is first generated at the Facility and delivered and sold to Buyers consistent with the provisions of this PPA.
Commission Approvals means such approvals from the PSC or the Virginia State Corporation Commission, as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ choose to pursue in their sole discretion, with respect to the performance of Buyers’ obligations and recovery of costs incurred hereunder, all without any requirement to modify the terms of this Agreement and without any conditions unacceptable to Buyer in its sole discretion.
Commission Approvals means the notices to and/or approvals of certain Commissions as set forth in Section 4(b)-1 of the attached Disclosure Schedule.

  • IMEA shall be responsible for obtaining any Commission Approvals or other approvals of Governmental Authorities applicable to its ownership or participation in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Unit 2 Project or the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by IMEA.

Commission Approvals with respect to any action of a Party, means a certificate of public convenience and necessity or other Governmental Approvals required by a state or federal regulatory commission having jurisdiction over a Party that are necessary for the Party to enter into the applicable Transaction Agreements or the implementation of provisions thereof.
Commission Approvals means (i) the KCC CP Certificate Matters, (ii) the MPSC Approvals, (iii) Permits necessary or materially desirable for the Project from the Illinois Commerce Commission and (iv) Permits necessary or materially desirable for the Project from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
