Commission Approvals definition

Commission Approvals means such approvals from the PSC or the Virginia State Corporation Commission, as Xxxxxx choose to pursue in their sole discretion, with respect to the performance of Buyers’ obligations and recovery of costs incurred hereunder, all without any requirement to modify the terms of this Agreement and without any conditions unacceptable to Buyer in its sole discretion.

Related to Commission Approvals

  • Governmental Filings means all filings, including franchise and similar tax filings, and the payment of all fees, assessments, interests and penalties associated with such filings with all Governmental Authorities.

  • Approvals means all approvals, consents, authorisations, permissions, licences, resolutions, exemptions, registrations, filings, permits and rights from all government, regulatory and statutory entities and authorities;
