Commission Letter means letters dated Septermber 12, 2008 and May 21, 2009 signed by the Agent and the Directing Organisations, as applicable, and addressed to the Borrower, which rule the provisions regarding commissions mentioned in subsections 17.1 (Agency Commission) and 17.3 (DTN Structuring Commission) y 17.4 (Matchmind/Galian Structuring Commission).
