Commissioned Volume Band definition

Commissioned Volume Band has the meaning given to it in Schedule 5 (Pricing and Payment Mechanism);
Commissioned Volume Band means each volume band of Learner Places in the YOI (as set out in Appendix 2 (Classroom Based Learner Hours Price) of this Schedule) commissioned by the Authority in accordance with paragraph 2.4 (Commissioned Volumes) below;

Examples of Commissioned Volume Band in a sentence

  • Commissioned Volumes At the Commencement Date, the Commissioned Volume Band shall be as set out in Appendix 2 (Classroom Based Learner Hours Price) to this Schedule.

  • The amount which would have been paid to the Contractor shall, for the purposes of this clause, be calculated on the basis of the Contract Price (including any relevant Ramp-Up Payments) that would have been payable pursuant to Schedule 5 (Pricing and Payment Mechanism) based on the applicable Commissioned Volume Band.

  • Not less than twelve (12) weeks prior to the Services Commencement Date, the Authority shall notify the Contractor of the Commissioned Volume Band which shall apply at the Services Commencement Date if it is different to that which applies at the Commencement Date.

  • The Authority shall notify the Contractor, by giving not less than twelve (12) weeks notice ("Notification Period"), if it wishes to vary the Commissioned Volume Band for subsequent Payment Periods.

  • The Authority shall not be entitled to: vary the Commissioned Volume Band more than twice in any rolling twelve (12) month period; or provide notice of any change to the Commissioned Volume Band during a Notification Period.

  • If the Authority wishes to: vary the Commissioned Volume Band more than twice in any rolling twelve (12) month period; and/or set different commissioned volume bands to those set out in Appendix 2 (Classroom Based Learner Hours Price), the Authority shall agree any such variations pursuant to the Change Procedure.

  • If actual volumes of Young Persons exceed the Commissioned Volume Band, relief provisions will apply to exclude the excess volume from the calculation of the average number of Classroom-based Learner Hours in a Payment Period: o The calculation will assume that the number of Offender Days included for each day cannot exceed the top of the Commissioned Volume Band.

  • Calculation of Contract Price in the Initial Period During the Initial Period the Contract Price shall be payable in respect of each Payment Period and shall be, for each Payment Period, the sum of: the Initial Classroom-based Learner Hours Price for a Commissioned Volume Band (as determined in accordance with paragraph 2.4 (Commissioned Volumes) below); plus the Initial Outreach Learner Hours Price; plus the Overheads Price; plus the Pension Allowable Costs for the relevant Payment Period.

  • Following the expiry of the Initial Period the Contract Price shall be payable in respect of each Payment Period and shall be, for each Payment Period, the sum of: the Classroom-based Learner Hours Price for a Commissioned Volume Band (as determined in accordance with paragraph 2.4 (Commissioned Volumes) below); plus the Outreach Learner Hours Price; plus the Overheads Price; plus the Pension Allowable Costs for the relevant Payment Period.

  • Following the expiry of the Initial Period the Contract Price shall be payable in respect of each Payment Period and shall be, for each Payment Period, the sum of: the Classroom-based Learner Hours Price for a Commissioned Volume Band (as determined in accordance with paragraph 5.4 (Commissioned Volumes) below); plus the Outreach Learner Hours Price; plus the Overheads Price; plus the Pension Allowable Costs for the relevant Payment Period.

Related to Commissioned Volume Band

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.
