Commitment Parties definition

Commitment Parties means the “Commitment Parties” as defined in the Commitment Letter.
Commitment Parties means the Consenting Creditors signatory to the Commitment Letters.

More Definitions of Commitment Parties

Commitment Parties means holders of commitments under the Investment Agreement that have executed and delivered counterpart signature pages, solely in their capacities as such, including any respective successors or assigns (including any transferee of a transfer made pursuant to Section 2.6(a) of the Investment Agreement), all as provided in the Investment Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Commitment Parties comprise the Initial Commitment Parties and the New Commitment Parties.
Commitment Parties means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA and Bank of Montreal, acting under its trade name BMO Capital Markets and such other financial institutions that become party to those certain Commitment Letters related to this Agreement and dated October 5, 2013, pursuant to the terms thereof.
