Committed Gas definition

Committed Gas means the gas produced or controlled by a Plant Owner which has been committed to and made available for processing in the Toca Plant by virtue of such Plant Owner’s ownership of capacity in the Plant under the provisions of the Construction and Operating Agreement.
Committed Gas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Committed Gas means all Natural gas produced from the Dedicated Area and attributable to Contractually Dedicated Area Interests, except for all Natural gas (including all constituents and components thereof, and all products derived therefrom) expressly excluded or reserved by Shipper hereunder, including but not limited to, ITEM 1.1 of this Contract.

  • The Committed Gas shall not have a temperature of less than forty degrees Fahrenheit (40°F) nor more than one hundred twenty degrees Fahrenheit (120°F).

  • All fundamental constants, observations, records and procedures involved in determining and/or verifying the quantity and other characteristics of Committed Gas delivered hereunder, unless otherwise specified herein, shall be in accordance with the standards prescribed in the American Petroleum Institute ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Petroleum Measurement Standards, Chapter 14, Section 3 (Latest Revision).

  • The Committed Gas shall not have a Gross Heating Value of less than 950 Btu per Cubic Foot of gas under the conditions of measurement contained herein.

  • The unit of volume for the measurement of Committed Gas shall be one (1) Cubic Foot of gas.

  • The Committed Gas shall not contain total inert gases in excess of four percent (4%) by volume.

  • Shipper shall cause the Committed Gas to be delivered at a pressure sufficient to allow the Committed Gas to flow into Processor’s Pipeline System at each Delivery Point against the prevailing line pressure at such point but not in excess of the maximum allowable operating pressure (“MAOP”) of Processor’s Pipeline System at such Delivery Point.

  • After receipt of the Committed Gas at the Delivery Points and until redelivery of same to Shipper at the Redelivery Points, Processor shall be deemed to be in exclusive control and possession thereof and responsible for any damages or injuries caused thereby, except injuries and damages (i) which shall be occasioned by the negligence or willful misconduct of Shipper or (ii) as described in ITEM 2.3. Title to the Committed Gas and its associated Residue Gas, Condensate and NGLs shall remain with Shipper.

Committed Gas is defined as all gas produced and owned or controlled by Seller and any Seller Affiliate within the Committed Area during the term of this Agreement, including such gas produced from well▇ ▇▇ existence on the Effective Date, well▇ ▇▇▇lled or re-completed subsequent to the Effective Date in the Committed Area and make-up gas accruing to, and capable of being delivered by, Seller or any Seller Affiliate after the Effective Date as a result of production or pipeline imbalances, regardless of whether the imbalances occurred before or after the Effective Date, in all cases, other than Excluded Gas.
Committed Gas means the total quantity of natural Gas received into the Gathering System pursuant to any Gas Processing Agreement, except for (i) the Conoco Base Load Amount, which has previously been dedicated to the Conoco/Blanco Plant under the terms of the Conoco Base Load Agreements, (ii) certain amounts of natural gas that will be used for fuel use, farm taps, and lift gas pursuant to the terms of the Gas Processing Agreements, and (iii) certain amounts of natural gas that will be temporarily offloaded due to capacity constraints on the Gathering System pursuant to the terms of the Gas Processing Agreements in effect as of the Effective Date.

For purposes of this Section 3.3, the term "third party" shall not include any Affiliate of Seller. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Disposition Gas sold, traded, exchanged or otherwise transferred in a Disposition (whether such Disposition is consummated in a single or in multiple related transactions) in which Seller receives cash or other consideration having an aggregate value of less than $1,000,000, shall not be subject to the provisions of Section 3.3 or 9.2, shall not be deemed Restricted Gas under any circumstances, and shall be sold, traded, exchanged or otherwise transferred free and clear of the requirements of this Agreement, without notice to Buyer and without Buyer's consent.

Related to Committed Gas

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Committed Sum means, for any day, the maximum amount a Lender is committed on that day to lend to the Companies (or for their account) on a revolving credit basis pursuant to this Agreement, on its terms and subject to its conditions. From the Effective Date of this Agreement through the Termination Date or such other date (if any) when all or any of them is changed by operation of the provisions of any agreement or Legal Requirement, the Committed Sums for the Lenders are as set forth on Schedule LC, as it may be amended and restated from time to time.

  • Committed Revolving Line means a credit extension of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000).

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate Dollar Amount of Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially ONE BILLION FIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS ($1,500,000,000) (as such amount may be increased as provided in Section 2.5 or reduced as provided in Section 2.9 or Section 2.24, as applicable, from time to time).
