Committed match definition

Committed match means a match for a Streetscape Improvement Project with a value of not less than thirty percent (30%) of the total project cost that is committed prior to thereceipt of funds pursuant to the Act. The match shall be in the form of cash or the appraised value of any real estate necessary for the project that is contributed in order to construct the project; provided that a match comprised of real estate shall require the submission of an appraisal not older than one year from the date of Application. A Committed Match may include funds expended within six months prior to the date of the Application for engineering, design, investigations, environmental assessment or studies, legal fees, or costs incurred in obtaining necessary municipal approvals; provided that no funds expended or obligated to be paid prior to July 1, 2015 shall qualify as part of the Committed Match. A Committed Match shall not include funds expended on general overhead, salary, or other such expenses that are not incurred directly and exclusively for the Streetscape Improvement Project.

  • Committed Sum means, for any day, the maximum amount a Lender is committed on that day to lend to the Companies (or for their account) on a revolving credit basis pursuant to this Agreement, on its terms and subject to its conditions.   • Tranche Percentage means in respect of each Tranche, the Tranche Quantity expressed as a percentage of the sum of all the Tranche Quantities at the Supply Point.

  • C/D Reserve Percentage for any day as applied to any ABR Loan, that percentage (expressed as a decimal) which is in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board, for determining the maximum reserve requirement for a Depositary Institution (as defined in Regulation D of the Board) in respect of new non-personal time deposits in Dollars having a maturity of 30 days or more.

  • Reserve Percentage means, on any day, for any Lender, the maximum percentage prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor Governmental Authority) for determining the reserve requirements (including any basic, supplemental, marginal, or emergency reserves) that are in effect on such date with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “eurocurrency liabilities”) of that Lender, but so long as such Lender is not required or directed under applicable regulations to maintain such reserves, the Reserve Percentage shall be zero.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Percentage means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable in the determination of the amount payable under Section 2.15(C)(i) hereof determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Commitment Fee Percentage means, with respect to the Revolving Loan Commitments at any time, the per annum percentage which is used to calculate Commitment Fees for such Revolving Loan Commitments determined pursuant to the Pricing Grid.

  • Borrowing Tranche means specified portions of Loans outstanding as follows: (i) any Loans to which a LIBOR Rate Option applies which become subject to the same Interest Rate Option under the same Loan Request by the Borrower and which have the same Interest Period shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche, and (ii) all Loans to which a Base Rate Option applies shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche.

  • Committed Advance means an advance made by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Committed Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Committed Advance, each of which is a “Type” of Committed Advance.

  • Committed Capital means $20,837,637.00 for 14,129,250 Class A Capital Units to be issued with respect to Members receiving Class A Capital Units in the Reorganization, and, with respect to any additional Members, the purchase price of the Capital Units subscribed for in any subsequent offering pursuant to a subscription agreement that has been accepted by the Company, regardless of whether such purchase price has been fully paid.
