COMMITTED OPTIONS definition
COMMITTED OPTIONS means the options to subscribe Ordinary Shares of the Company, particulars of which are set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 and includes the Ordinary Shares and/or American Depositary Shares of the Company issued on exercise of such options and any Ordinary Shares and/or American Depositary Shares of the Company attributable to or deriving from such securities;
COMMITTED OPTIONS means in respect of any person, the Options held by such person from time to time;
COMMITTED OPTIONS means the Options held by each Covenantor.
