Examples of Committed Units in a sentence
Any use of the Services after cancellation or expiration of the Committed Units will be billed at standard Fee rates.
If applicable, Customer may have an option to request Committed Units by: (i) making a selection in the Admin Console, (ii) placing a request through a Google API or Google command line tool, (iii) placing a request through a Google Web form, or (iv) making a selection in the Ordering Document.
Unless otherwise set forth at the applicable Fees URL, any use of the Services beyond the Committed Units selected will be billed at standard Fee rates.
Unless Google agrees otherwise, Customer may not resell or transfer Committed Units.
Unless Google agrees otherwise, Committed Unit purchases may not be cancelled or refunded after they are placed but if Google (other than for Customer’s material breach) terminates the Agreement or discontinues providing the Services applicable to the Committed Units, Google will refund Customer any unused prepaid Fees following that termination applicable to those previously purchased Committed Units.
If Google accepts Customer’s Committed Unit request, then notwithstanding the "Payment Terms" section of the Agreement, Customer will pay the Fees for those Committed Units whether or not they are used and the Committed Units may include payment of a Fee in advance of use (if set forth at the URL designating the Fees for the applicable SKU).

TGLT only will fulfill the obligations assumed by the effective delivery and transfer of such Committed Units in the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and at this deed, but in no case can be interpreted that APSA assumes contingency risk or any alloys that such Committed Units not come to exist (in whole or in part), or come into existence in a manner other than that provided and agreed in the Agreement and / or the terms and conditions stipulated therein.
If such notification requests Start Up of both Committed Units at the same time, the first Committed Unit will be Started Up by the time specified in the Dispatch notification, and the second Committed Unit will be Started Up within ten (10) minutes of the first Committed Unit.
