Committee Coordinator definition

Committee Coordinator means the staff member assigned by the Corporate Officer to provide administrative support to a committee.

  • Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Sustainability Coordinator means BofA Securities, Inc., in its capacity as the sustainability coordinator.
