Committee Person definition

Committee Person is an employee elected (or appointed to fill a vacancy temporarily) by the Union members and duly accredited in writing to represent an employee or employees in presenting a grievance to the employer.
Committee Person means an employee of the Employer duly accredited as such by the Union.
Committee Person means a member of the governing committee of the Member.
