• If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, the complaint may then be taken up as a grievance in the following manner: Failing a satisfactory settlement to the complaint, the aggrieved employee, accompanied by a Union Committee Person, may present his/her written grievance to the Executive Director or their designate within five (5) days following the response from the immediate supervisor.
