Commodities Account Control Agreements definition

Commodities Account Control Agreements has the meaning specified in the U.S. Security Agreement and/or the Canadian Security Agreement, as the context may require.
Commodities Account Control Agreements means the commodities account control agreements (whether in the form of an agreement, notice and acknowledgment or like instrument) to be executed by each institution maintaining a Commodities Account for an Obligor, in favor of Agent, as security for the Obligations.
